Junior Parkrun is a series of 2k events for children aged between 4 and 14. They are held in areas of open space around the UK. They are open to all, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. It is a free, weekly community event which is held on a Sunday morning. Children and Young People can walk, jog, skip or run the course. The event is time and children can work towards wrist bands that rewards the numbe rof events they have participated in.
