Thankyou all for making the 2025 Volunteer Awards such a triumph!
We had a record number of 156 nominations this year from 41 different organisations and community groups from across Central Surrey. The volunteers that were nominated for long service awards this year alone had a staggering 1340+ years voluntary service between them!
The citations list this year was so long we had to insert an extra tea break just to refuel.
To those that attended Cobham hall on the night thank you for your company and also your patience when the hot water urn couldn’t keep up with us all.
Also Thank you to every organisation that sent in their nominations it was a pleasure to hear about each volunteers story, and reminded us all at CSVA the joy of working in the sector we do.
