Jason Pollard, Impactor in Chief of Community Impact takes you through the questions funders typically ask about impact measurement, data collection, and reporting the difference you make to beneficiaries through your work. He shows you how to frame your responses, and make sure you have the evidence you need to do this effectively. Using a case study, Jason explains (in jargon-free language!) how charities can easily develop outcomes, and use these to write surveys and focus group questions.
