Central Surrey Voluntary Action, in partnership with World Jewish Relief, is launching a six months project to support refugees in finding employment. The Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) is open to all refugees living in Epsom & Ewell, Mole Valley, and Elmbridge.
STEP is an award-winning programme developed by World Jewish Relief in 2016. It is available to anyone aged 18 or over who holds refugee status or has arrived in the UK through a recognised resettlement or humanitarian scheme.
The STEP Programme is completely free for all participants and offers tailored support to help you gain skills, confidence, and access to job opportunities in the UK.
You can join if you are unemployed or if you have a job but are hoping to move into more relevant employment. We can also support people interested in self-employment.
