This opportunity will involve providing general administration in a warehouse/showroom environment. This role entails answering the phones; responding to messages received via email or phone, including booking in collections and deliveries. Travel fares on public transport will be reimbursed and a light lunch provided.
We are also looking for someone to cover the school holidays.
Good communication skills, a good telephone manner is required and some knowledge of computers however full training will be given. Must be able to ensure the confidentiality of information relating to clients/customers and furniture donors.
Ideally we are looking for someone on Tuesday & Wednesday's from 10am-2pm but of course we will be flexible if you would like to vary these hours between 9am - 4pm.
