This opportunity will involve providing general administration in a warehouse/showroom environment. This role entails answering the phones; responding to messages received via email or phone, including booking in collections and deliveries.  Travel fares on public transport will be reimbursed and a light lunch provided.

We are also looking for someone to cover the school holidays.

What skills do I need?

Good communication skills, a good telephone manner is required and some knowledge of computers however full training will be given. Must be able to ensure the confidentiality of information relating to clients/customers and furniture donors.

We are particularly looking for a volunteer to answer the phones on a Thursday 10am-2.30pm. We are also looking for someone on Tuesday's am/pm and Fridays - 1pm - 3/4pm.
