This opportunity will involve providing administration and customer service in a warehouse/showroom environment. This role entails some typing, shredding, taking bookings, answering phone etc. but can be split so that volunteers can do some of these tasks and not others according to your abilities. If you are Website/Facebook or Twitter savvy we would be pleased to hear from you. 

What skills do I need?

Good communication skills, a good telephone manner is required and some knowledge of computers however full training will be given. Must be able to ensure the confidentiality of information relating to clients/customers and furniture donors.
