This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Special Olympics Surrey (SOS) Committee in an admin role. SOS provides sports training and competition all year round for people with learning difficulties aged 8 to 80 years old

The role involves:

- Responding to website enquiries and circulate information to relevant members

- Send out mailshots when required

- Keeping the Athlete database up to date

- Assisting in updating the SOS website

- To coordinate our Committee Meetings (held 6 weekly) and Sub Committee Meetings (bi annually) including minute taking, preparing agendas and arranging meeting venues

What skills do I need?

Good IT skills
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills
To attend committee meetings
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
