Demand for our services is growing as more older people experience loneliness, financial hardship and reduced access to local support. At the same time, the external funding environment is becoming more competitive and uncertain.

We have a clear plan for 2026/27 focused on stabilising and strengthening the organisation - building financial resilience through diversification and sustainability, embedding strong systems and governance, and ensuring we can continue to deliver safe, high-quality services.

As a Trustee with fundraising expertise, you will play a key role in shaping this next phase.

You’ll be joining a committed and collaborative Board and team, where your insight will have real impact - helping to secure the resources needed to support older people in Elmbridge to live connected, independent and fulfilling lives.
