We have no minimum qualification requirements and our volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds. You can operate a helpline from your own home, at no cost to you.
Full induction training is provided free to all volunteers before they take on the helpline. Our training programme operates over five Saturdays , not consecutive and help with travel expenses and lunch is provided. Once completing the course successfully, we have a robust system in place to support you.
