Providing a warm,
friendly welcome to all our visitors
Assisting with car parking, events, litter picking and helping to promote the recruitment of new National Trust members
Helping sell National Trust raffle tickets and the issue of permits for fishing and mooring to raise income for Runnymede
Dealing with visitors’ queries and helping as appropriate
Being aware of the needs and arrangements for all visitors, including disabled and family visitors
Developing a good knowledge of the site to be able to provide relevant information to visitors on site history, wildlife and attractions, including Memorials, Art Work, Tea Room and Boat Trips
Know that you are helping to look after one of our special places
You are important in making sure things run as smoothly and safely as possible – this includes getting to know health and safety and evacuation procedures
