We are looking for a keen enthusiast of netball to assist our coach for 7 weeks from the 23 April till the 11 June to support the Specsavers Surrey Youth Games training for #TeamRunnymede.

Specsavers Surrey Youth Games(SSYG) is the largest annual festival in Surrey for young people aged 7 to 16 to engage in sport and physical activity.

In the lead up to the Games weekend in June each year, we deliver up to 8 weeks of free introductory activity sessions to young people who live in, or go to school in the borough.

We are looking for a netball player or coach who would be willing to work alongside the coach to support the sessions to teach young people aged 8 to 12 years the skills and techniques of the game. Experience coaching or working with children would be beneficial.

What skills do I need?

DBS check (this will be done through the council)

Good communications skills

Competent in the sport
