Help give furniture a second life — and support your local community.
Woking Community Furniture Project is a thriving re-use charity that collects unwanted furniture and electrical items and redistributes them to people in hardship or on low incomes. We also sell to the general public to help fund our work.
We’re currently looking for volunteer Shop Assistants to support our front-of-house operations. You'll work with the Shop Manager and fellow volunteers to create a welcoming, well-organised retail environment.
Tasks include helping customers, pricing and displaying items, taking calls, and assisting with collections and deliveries. Volunteers receive full training, and lunch is provided during shifts.
This is a hands-on role in a supportive team, perfect for anyone looking to gain retail experience, give back to their community, or stay active in a meaningful way.
