What skills do I need?

We welcome people from all walks of life who bring their own life experiences and skills.  A good dose of common sense is most important, along with an enquiring mind.

Training is provided free by the Scout Association, which can be done on line and in many cases is transferrable to the workplace and recognised by employers.
