Social Media and Marketing Volunteer

Do you have a flair for Social Media & Marketing and share our passion in tackling mental health issues?

Love Me Love My Mind is a small registered charity based in Epsom Surrey which aims to promote better understanding of mental health and to support the well-being of everyone in the community.

Help support us by promoting our voice and engaging with our community, including users, volunteers, donors, partners, institutional funders and businesses on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked-In 

Core responsibilities: 

• Monitor our social media daily and respond to comments and direct messages
• Design and create posts on social media
• Manage our marketing plan – our schedule of what we post and when during the year
• Take photos and video for use on Social Media
• Liaise with operational staff to post operational updates and news 
• Liaise with the CEO to promote publicity events and coverage on other media
• Liaise with the CEO and others to create the monthly newsletter
• Run reports from our social media to give us feedback on usage
• Maintain our social media records (mainly photos and videos) on our shared Google Drive
• Contribute to our marketing strategy

What skills do I need?

We are looking for a creative person who enjoys working in a team, has great written English, knows their way round their computer and either has a good understanding of social media or has the capability to learn.

You will need access to a computer/laptop and a smartphone.
