We are a small local charity with a great responsibility to help people with a wide range of problems. Some of the problems we help with our very complex and difficult. We are highly trained and give a valuable service that is free, independent and confidential. We have 18 salaried staff, many of whom are part-time, and 51 active volunteers. We all work very hard indeed. Our financial resources are limited and we endeavor to maximise our income through fundraising and grant applications and minimise our costs and achieve value for money. We seek to take opportunities to build our capacity to meet the needs of our clients. We very definitely welcome applications from anyone in our community that would like to be part of our organisation.
