We are looking for a volunteer to coordinate the new Alumni membership and encourage retiring volunteers to join the programme.  Publicising alumni activities throughout the year across our Portfolio sites. Creating an advertisement once a month on what is involved and the benefits of joining the alumni programme for our in-house newsletter. Ensuring database is up to date, answering questions via email and processing new memberships. Full training and support will be given.

What skills do I need?

Excellent communication and organisational skills, IT literate and enthusiastic!

Availability Details

This role can be done remotely, or onsite when appropriate. I anticipate the role will require a couple of hours once a month, if membership increases, this may require some flexibility to fortnightly. Hours and days negotiable.
